rci chikankari - Ignorant and rude seller

I placed an order with this seller worth ****rs, i ordered * items from them. The received pieces were in good condition however it was ill fitted. I requested them multiple times to either refund my money or send over a bigger size. They denied having any bigger sizes as well as refund. While placing order they were highly responsive then once i stated my concern their replies started to get slower. The responses i got from them for my polite requests were so annoying that it affected me so much. I was willing to send them back the courier at my own cost. It was my first time shopping from this seller. They have zero accountability, they have not provided me an alternate solution until now. I am almost convinced i will not get justice. If someone sees this i hope it helps you from wasting your hard earned money on these kind of unethical sellers.
