I am being constantly mentally harassed by IDFC first bank people. I receive atleast ** calls daily from them asking me to take loan. Even after refusing multiple times also pleading to remove my number from their database they still call so much daily. I have tried blocking their numbers but they call again the next day with different numbers. This has taken a toll on my mental health and I am not able to take it anymore. I demand compensation from them for mentally harassing me and at the very least just stop calling me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
