idea vodafone - idea vodafone company charged vas internet charges

Dear Concern,
i am using idea vodafone post paid no.**********, & i seen in my bill company charged value added services charges & internet charges to me but i was not taken any value added service & extra internet and company not inform before provide any service but on current date i saw ** gb internet data left , but as per my plan ** gb per month data provide in my plan so how could company charged me internet charges on my bill, and from last * days i send my complain to company but not providing any response on mail by service provider , and before * days i had also given complain to service center to ashok nagar nagpur but emp not register my complain and he checked my mobile and said sir you are not activate any service but i dont know company why charged you value added services charges.
so i have your support to resolve the case and pls. help to get out of this
i have all proof's against company like mail , balance data screen shots and vas services .
