Idea Cellular - Idea 4g card doesn't work in my one plus 3 device

Idea *g card was working fine on my one plus * device. Idea people called me and asked me to upgrade it to *g. After upgrading, calls are not working on this device. Complaints (C*-************ & C*-************) were logged to Idea customer care and to their appellate authority. but they are keep on giving me useless solution like change device. My handset is perfectly fine as other cards like vodafone are working fine on this handset. For past ** weeks I am following up with Idea customer care but no proper solution is provided so far.
