I have a personal loan with ICCI whose EMI due date is **th of every month.
Even after maintaining the account balance the EMI was not deducted on **th OCt.
After few days I started receiving continuous irritating calls from the recovery team where they use very unprofessional language and make me feel like a defaulter.
And to my surprise when I was in a dead need of funds and suddenly they deducted the EMI amount of **** from the account on **th
Oct without any prior notice.
