SYNERGY MOTORS filed complaint against icici bank on Jan 13, 2020
ICICI bank debits irrelevant charges through MSF card terminals and on complaining regarding the same, they start charging MSF charges at a higher rate. And on complaining to the management against the same, they rudely bypass the issue. Mr Deepak ( Head Service Quality ) of ICICI bank does not care about the issues in spite of the fact that I am writing him since *-* months.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
