Icici Bank Limited bangalore - ICICI BANK MOST IRRESPONSIBLE BANK HIGHLY DISAPOINTED

I had asked for my PPF transfer to ICICI. The required details were forwarded to ICCI bank on august itself. But no processing was done and neither any action taken. MY PPF account was never opened incurring loss of interest. I kept callign customer care , calling them , writing mails. Went to bangalore branch. The branch manager never picks your call. And other staff dont know about process. they will misguide you and block your number and never respond. My RM never picks my calls and no response.
Too frustated and dispaointed with ICICI service. I had high expectation from this bank as i am part of it since last ** years
