icici bank - ICICI Bank disabled login ID of online Banking

ICICI Bank disabled my login ID of S/B account nos.- ************ and ************ about two months back for the reasons best known to them. For its restoration, I contacted so many times customer care, Relationship Manager and ICICI Bank Ektanagar, Bareilly-****** and also sent an E-mail to helpdesk of the ICICI Bank but to no avail. Due to this, I could not perform any online Banking activity in these accounts for the last two months. This has put me to huge financial loss of about Rs. *******/-(Twenty Lakhs). This apart, I, being Senior lady Citizen, have undergone unsurmountable mental agony and harassment quantifiable to Rs. *******/-(Ten Lakhs).
