My product was not yet received till date which order on **-*-** for purchase of Ibell Induction stove * and paid Rs.**** so, please help me how to get the refund from them due to still the are under process to dispatch the product and more over Addmecart website shows past ** days same status not yet connected the product till date and no responds form them.
