Lotus filed complaint against IAS BABA on Jul 26, 2023
I purchased a course on **/*/** from IAS Baba, but due to certain reasons, I felt the need to cancel the course within a week. I promptly raised a refund request with them, hoping to get my money back. However, to my disappointment, they responded by stating that they would not be able to initiate a refund. Instead, they suggested that I could use the same amount to purchase a course from them next year. I strongly disagreed with this proposal and clearly communicated my desire for a refund.
Despite my attempts to reach out to them through multiple emails, I have not received any response from IAS Baba. It seems they are avoiding the issue and making excuses to delay or evade the refund process. This lack of communication and unwillingness to address my request is highly frustrating and unacceptable. I expect them to acknowledge my concerns and promptly initiate the refund process as requested.
