I8earpod - I8 Earpods — refund request for fake damaged product

I had ordered i*earpods from www.i*earpods.com few days back and I got it delivered yesterday.

I am seriously unsatisfied with the product and wish to return it.

Here are some major flaws i found with the product :-
*. In a damaged condition when i got it: The charging end of the earpiece was opened up and wires had come out at the time when i received the product. I am attaching pictures of the same in attachments.
*. Poor battery: The product was completely charged when i received it. I charged it with the USB provided for * hours, and then when i used it again, it got discharged and power off in just **-**minutes.
*. Fooling customers with Fake names: The name of the product shown everyone on the website is : "i* Bluetooth Earpods", while what i received was "i* tws earphones"
*. Doesnt look like an original product: The product doesn't look original at all. The packing is bad and there is no user manual on how it works.

Overall I am really disappointed with the product and wish to return and get the whole amount refunded as soon as possible. The product is in a proper condition now with all the packaging and accessories intact.

Also please stop fooling customers by selling these cheap products with fake names.
