i received i** air pod which i ordered from loopycase and delivered on **/**/**** at *.** pm and i am trying to connect its connecting via Bluetooth but i can hear it from only one earphone from other no sound coming, same day within one hours time i log a complaint on given mail id kshitij rajput <loopyindia@gmail.com> assured me saying i will get new replacement and after continues email i got reply saying i will get my replacement and in between they told me to send paytm detail to transfer my amount nothing is come yet till date new replacement not money transfer
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
