I had bought a pair of slippers for ***rs and got the item a few days later. The slippers were no way near the ones shown on their site. It was a very cheap product. I contacted them and they said they will refund me in * days but after no reply or any sort of communication I decided to contact them again but they are not picking calls and also their emails are fraud. Even the email which had at the time of online payment had sent me a confirmation email is also not working.
Today I tried calling them more than a *** times and they finally picked up to only cut the call in the middle.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
