No broker technologies - I was falsely accused for fraudulent transaction

I was falsely accused for conducting a fraudulent transaction and the company provided my details to the cybercrime that my account was fraudulent transaction conducting account, The cybercrime frozen my account due to this and all my financial transactions were put on hold because of this. All my cheques got bounced, all my credit cards got frozen due to this. I contacted Nobroker about this on the same day the account got frozen, no one seemed to have a clue of what I was speaking about, after ** days I got to know that Nobroker was the mastermind behind this. So I got contacted by a person named Kishor and his Supervisor Tulsi prasad and his manager CA Akram Pasha claiming that they were from Fraud monitoring team, they accepted that my account got frozen due to the inefficiency of their systems and company. My account stayed frozen for **+ days which made all my debts build up and credit score got depleted. The Nobroker team had promised that they will proceed with compensation for this blunder they caused. But after my account got unfrozen after several attempts to the bank, now the Nobroker team is saying that they cannot provide compensation because they never promised to give compensation about this.
