Clickastro Com - I was cheated by ClickAstro

I purchased my detailed horoscope by paying rs. *** on December ** ****. I was informed that I will get the personalized horoscope within * hours of the payment. It has been more that ** hours but they have not sent my horoscope to me. I have sent emails to their customer service and called their customer care, but they are not responding.

Clearly, they have cheated me. I have made the payment using GPay. I will be attaching my payment receipt to this complaint. I would request you to kindly take a look at this complaint. Looks like this is an organized cheating company. I have checked in mouthshut.com and realized it is not just me there are many people who are already been cheated by this gang. Please help me so that they will be forced to return my money and also if possible take action against this crooked gang as per the law so that they will not be able to cheat other innocent people.
