Hotel subhadra residency meerut - I was charged extra at the hotel

I booked a delux room for **/**/** to **/**/** on **/**/** at Hotel subhadra residency, meerut. It was prepaid for amount ****( on applying all the offers ) but on reaching the hotel at around *:**pm I was asked to pay extra *** for the same room as the offer was not applicable for their hotel ( but this was not at all mentioned at the Oyo app and I have no bill for the extra amount I've paid there. The delux room had a bathtub which was leaking at first and I had to get it repaired after reaching the room.
