Realme 9 pro - I want to replace my charger under warranty but service centre denied to replace

Hi my name is Ajay Singh shekhavath.
I bought new phone realme *pro *g on **th November ****. But now I am getting issue with charger I am not able to charge my phone. Like my phone charge very slow. So i went to realme service center. On **th April to solve my problem. So they changed some part of my phone and said now it's working fine. After that I went home and same problem happened again I am not able to charge fast. So again I went to realme service centre on **th April they said it's your adaptor problem. I said to replace my adaptor under warranty because my adaptor is on under warranty. But they denied to replace it. They are saying there is dust on your adaptor and some scratches. But there is no scratches on my adaptor. Its been *months so only light scratches is there I am attaching adaptor photos. And also bill copy. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

They have zero knowledge for small information they are calling asking to others. And also my name is Ajay they written my name Naresh. I said to edit this name they said nothing will happen. I went there at ** o clock they said me to sit and after *:**pm they are saying this will not replace they took * and half hour to say this will not replace. literally there is no scratches. If you want I can courier my adaptor to your head quarter
