Dizo by realme - I want to climb my warranty but no one is not responding in Dizo

Hello Team,
I bought Dizo watch R talk from Dizo it was working fine but suddenly it stopped working and I'm unable to use it . When I apporached varies Aunthorized service center which is listed in the dizo site like bangalore , erode , coimbatore etc., they are telling that they are not supporting Dizo service it seems, so what should I do now ? Now one is not supporting. I'm totally fedup with this issue. And customer care number is also not working. Dizo team is not supporting and not responding me properly.So kindly do something from your side. Kindly do the needful. My warranty date is yet to be over it is before sep **/****
