POCO by Xiaomi - i want replacement

I am buyed on **/*/**** poco m* pro *g (*/***) yellow varient in Flipkart,order I'd :OD******************,name :Sai jain. I am facing lots of issues in this mobile so please replace a mobile or intiate refund with seller. my problem :I senn * times automatically turn on and off in this mobile after purchase of mobile I ignore it it's just any software problem may be I thinked after repetley I faced problem automatic off but not onned * month faced I manually turn oned ..they oned no problem I searched about this problem in poco mobiles I am followed some suggestions like reset iam reseted * time my phone but again and again I faced automatically off problem in sunrise and also phone heating is to much even I don't using outdoors in mobile,last * weeks I faced touch problem again power button not worked two times I thinked may be software problem and touch not worked smothly I am faced very laggy...present also iam facing laggy problem I am so many times igoned this problem but finally I decide to complainey in supreme court so please replace the mobile and give same poco m* pro *g or intiate the refunded...main problem in mobile is mother board,I am asked one of the mobile shop If I go to service centre they telling scratched on mobile back warrenty
