Dear Voxya team,
I ordered a Samsung Level U Bluetooth Headset with * year Warranty on Flipkart -vide - IMEI / Serial No RF*N**M**JJTYS for Rs **** including GST. the headphone was defective/damaged appeared used item. Complaint on Flipkart was made by-
IN ******************** on **-**-****. They sent an Agent to check but they rejected the claim. A *nd complaint was made vide - IN ***-****-*****-***-****on **th August ****. No one has come as yet or ant reply received. The Headset is not working. I need a refund now.
