Toyshine - I want refund

Ref. to Suborder id ***********.
I had placed this order on *st March and want to return it as I had recieved wrong product. Still return pickup of this order is not done. I want refund for the same.
I don't how snapdeal employees are working. They are telling that they had rescheduled the return pickup but nobody had came ro take it.
This is very poor customer service I have seen of Snapdeal. Now in future I will not done shopping from snapdeal and also tell my friends that not to shop from snapdeal.
I want my refund back in my debit card.
Kindly review this case and refund my money and call me on my phone no. ********** Asap.
