Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Santosh Chaturvedi. I am a registered Player in Teen Patti Gold and my Player I'd is ********. My registered mobile no. in Apps is **********.
I have raised a mail on ** April **** to recover my I'd and data to Teen Patti Customer Support (mail Id- escalationcaseonly@gmail.com).
Customer Support Team confirmed on mail that they will resolve the issue within ** hours but till now solution not received.
They have created multiple Apps Apk and every time when I am logging with same mobile number they are creating New I'd.
There are around *****/- stuck in ID.
Apology letter from company
Refund / Credit for purchase
Replace / Fix problem
Damages for loss and agony
