Mpokket - I ve taken all loan due but Mpokket still harassing me

I've paid whole amount of loan as one of their customer executive said but after that their executive reneged from her promise.
Actually i had taken * loan from Mpokket in around **** December and failed to repay , due to Corona and Financial problem but i had paid * loan in February ****. And remaining * left to repay. But they're harassing me in Corona also. I also tried * time to repay amount in June **** but it wasn't successful due to Technical problem from Mpokket side . And after that on **th November they called me to , repay only * loan amount out of * so that all of mine loans will have cleared without asking for that * loans. My *st payment amount was **** , *nd around **** & third around ****. But I had taken total ₹****(****+****+****) in November ****. And paid biggest payment of ₹**** out of * loans . She sent me confirmation message on Whatsapp To make payment on same day or you've to pay all * loan payment, so I made payment using Google pay on same day . But even though Mpokket telling me to pay that remaining loans & said We never asked for * loan due against *. And till now they're harassing me again and again, they also lowered my Cibil score.
