Asianet Broadband - I ve paid Rsto Asianet Broadband but they say my bill is not credited

Hi my Name is Eben and I'm complaining against Asianet Broadband because I've paid rs ****/- as my bill to Asianet Broadband via Gpay And they say my amount is not accredited every time I contact the customer care they said that they've issued a complaint to regarding my bill issue and it's with their finance department. But I've recieved a message from my Bank and PayU that my money was sent to them but Asianet say they didn't get the money. Please help because I'm really emotionally frustrated with this
