sbi simply click credit card - i tried speaking to sbi nodal officer but he says he cant help me Still being charged high interest

Sbi credit card is charging me high interest and late charges and hounding me with calls even though i told them i am unemployed, recently lost my parents. they blocked my card even though i was a regular payee till i lost my job. i asked for settlement but they did not help. even despite my emails to nodal officer they have ruined my credit score in their greed and are hounding me at a time when my parents have recently passed away. it is traumatising. i borrowed and managed to pay the principal amounts on two of my cards which were blocked long back. yet sbi is trying to suck my blood. please help
