I had a black BOAT immortal *** earpods it had a issue with the right one. So I sent it to them for getting it repaired. Their courier partner came and took the product. Now they are claiming then that I sent the wrong product. I have the serial no of my item and the invoice too. While sending them the product I aslo mentioned the serial no of the product and the invoice copy also without which we cannot claim warranty. But they are denying it.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
