Jayesh Sondarva filed complaint against Zepto on Mar 28, 2025
I ordered Boult Surya Kumar Yadav Signed Astra Special Edition with Quad Mic Enc. And I received an open box and and when I opened it, it was empty. I tried to get an exchange but they refused so I went to their warehouse. They checked the image of the delivered items which you can see was opened. But the customer care says they cannot refund or replace since it wasn't damaged.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
