Samvrita in - I received a wrong product

This is regarding my order placed on ** Aug **** for a Maroon Jewish Cotton Printed Short Kurti (Size: XS).
Issue:
I have received the wrong product — completely different from what I ordered.
The product was delivered before the scheduled date (** Aug ****), but the tracking still shows “In Transit” with the last scan on * Aug **** at LOWER PAREL BRANCH.
Because the status has not been updated to “Delivered,” I am unable to place a return or exchange request in your system.
Attempts to Contact:
I have already tried every possible way to reach them—
Contacted them via your Instagram page
Emailed on official address
Sent messages to them WhatsApp number
Called the phone number mentioned on website/page
Even contacted DTDC directly to request a delivery status update
Despite all these efforts, no one has responded and the tracking is still not updated.
