I received the product that I ordered (ORDER #*****).
I was really upset looking at the quality of the leggings. The one which they displayed online was in good quality but I received a poor quality.
Moreover the size was very small and it didn't fit in. So I can't use it.
I am really unhappy with the product, so I wanted an exchange or refund.
The email id & phone number they gave is invalid. Also when I ask about this in their FB page, they remove my comments.
So I wanted a refund or an exchange. Kindly help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
