newbalanceindiastores in - I purchased shoes but want refund

Hello Everyone, I got my first salary and wanted to celebrate it by buying new shoes. I looked into several company then found that newbalanceindiastore.in is selling New Balance ***v* at very great price. So I ditched adidas/nike and went for it. It also said it is shipping from USA because it is a made in US product so I got tempted. But I failed to check the credibility of the site. And order the shoes on **th Feb, **** and order number is **b***-*****. I contacted them by mailing I requested them to cancel the order but didn't received any response. Please I need help on what can I do. I am not rich. I just wanted to treat me well.
And just want to know if it is a phishing website then what is it doing on the top * searches when searching for new balance shoes. This is wrong. Please help.
