Splendid Tour - I paid 7373.46 to splendid tours, I lost my money

I paid ****.** on **dec**,they mailed me about Kolkota trip but after payment they did not share any details where to stay and where to go ,who will provide taxi .but I have informed that I will going to trip on **.**.**** but they didn't respond ,I received phone from one driver on **.**.****.they didn't know where to stay , finally repeated calls they switched off phones ,so finally loss my ****rs so please do something about this travel agency for cheating
