https uk balls co - I ordered item and the package never arrived also i can t contact them i didn t even receive product

I tried to purchase an item from the website called
https://uk.balls.co/ and after when I reach the payment page it automatically deduct money from my account before verification, I was excited about the product so I didn't mind that, after one week I didn't received any information or anything from them, only thing happened the ** dollars deducted from my bank account.

After that I tried to contact them that was invalid I mailed them no replay, no customer service, after that I checked the website too there has lot positive reviews, so I wrote one but It didn't shown on the website them I realized the whole reviews where fake, I even checked about them all over Google mostly the quora showed me who is fake or not, but about them nothing wrong was there, only positive reviews videos .. but how they made this scam even managed , they don't have one negative review on Google
