Shoppingon.in - I ordered for fusion5 4g tablet but they send me writing slate

My Complaint Description:
I had ordered fusion* **.* inch *g tablet from shoppingon.in website on *-*-****. I waited for the product but later unfortunately on **-*-**** I got a phone call from XpressBees delivery boy. I answered him and he came to give the product. On the product ordered date is **-*-**** but my order date is *-*-****. The product also not delivered from the ordered site. It was delivered by two sites one names Xpressbees on the packing cover and other names pickrr on the mobile message which I got. So under the vision of delivery boy, I opened the packed cover but instead of a tablet, I got *.*'' LCD writing slate in the package. He asked to pay the amount so I paid Rs. **** to him. I asked the delivery boy how to get my amount so he told me to call his boss contact no. I called the delivery boy's boss he said that please contact the ordered website. I approached the website and its contact's not working. Kindly take severe action against these bloody online fake cheaters and provide my amount to me.
Please, it's a humble request we are a middle-class family. I am working as a cow to earn money but they are sitting in an ac room and stealing people's money doing fraud business like this. Please give them punishments. Please help me by recover and refund my money from them.
