That is a online shopping site.i ordered for lehenga but in place of lehenga there was a piece of cloth in it.on the packet there is a number when ever I try to communicate it always switch off.on that site there is contact us written when ever I try to contact, contact can not happen.there is a return and refund form I filled it.but *day passed there is no respond from that site.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
