I have booked a flight on **th of September in Travolook website from Hyderabad to visakhapatanam and that got cancelled from their end due to some technical issues and my money got deducted from my bank account and they have been promised me that my money will get into the same account within ** to ** days and it's almost *months now and still it didn't yet got credited and they were conveying some fake promises whenever I'm calling their travolook agents and asking me to wait few more days. So please look into this issue and take action on them and get my money back from them
