Groww App - I lose money in groww App due to technical issue from their end

I have done Intraday buy order for HFDC bank --*** units at **** price, at **.** am , which got successfully, after that I was trying to do sell order for **** which is not accepted and showing order failed, it requires more money to sell...now it started the issue and I was not able to sell the share...I tried repeatably but no success.Customer care didnt picked up my call.
