Train tickets - I hvnt get my refund

Dear sir/mam I m using mmt from last year frequently in flight and train booking. In January I cancelled tickets of bikaner to delhi train.i got message reund of **** rps.but yet till today ** feb **** I m waiting for my refund. On ** my train booking cancelled of *nd ac by mmt. And yet waiting for refund. This is a loss please refund my money. I tried on many costmer care numbers but couldn't get my money please help this money idoes matter for my daughter's. Pl give back my money
