Colive Akshya Vasudha Bangalore - I havent got my security deposit

Hello Sir sorry to disturb you . I have stayed in colive madison pg which is in hyderbad for * months from June * ,**** to July **,**** and i have paid my all rents and security deposits on time and i have tried to serve notice period from my end but due to issue in your app i couldn't do so the backend team has done and i have the proofs with me and after that i left your property and after Some days i have tried reach colive but they are unavailable and i have tried very much but i couldn't get my Security deposit .please look into this seriously other wise file case against colive for this
