12 o clock briyani madurai - I haven t received my order completely

I ordered one chicken biryani, one chicken lollipop from **am biryani shop through sukiy app, but i got only chicken lollipop, now biryani is not delivered, i filed my complaint with swiggy help center but not satisfied me.
From now on I will order, when to eat, what to do if something goes wrong, you will be responsible for this.

I humbly request a clear reason for this and a refund of the payment.It is a difficult time in my life.
It is very unfortunate that we are unable to contact you easily.

I have attached two pictures below, the copy of the bill I ordered and the chicken lollipop that was delivered to me.
