Hi,
This is regarding my two canceled online Order IDs *********** and ***********. I'm not getting back the refunds totaling Rs. **,***.** from Samsung India for these * Order IDs.
In response to my complaint mails to Samsung Customer Service Support, all I am getting is the same, repeated vague,false assurances like " Your case is escalated with the concerned team and we are awaiting revert on same.Please be rest assured while we work for the best possible solution."
Here are the details of my * Samsung Orders -
Order ID ***********:
Samsung E-Store had received the payment of Rs **,***.** from me on **/**/**** for this Order ID. I had then canceled the order after * minutes, and I now need the refund back into my payee account( ICICI Bank Credit Card, I can give the card number on request) immediately!
Please see the attached screenshot for your reference and proof, showing the Samsung Email order confirmation and the Samsung Email order cancellation confirmation. I need a refund of Rs. **,***.** to my original payment account as quickly as possible from Samsung, they are just using delaying tactics.
Order ID ***********:
www.samsung.com had received the payment of Rs **,*** from me on **/**/**** for this Order ID. I had then canceled the order after * minutes, and I now need the refund back into my paying account( ICICI Bank Credit Card, I can give the card number to you on request) immediately!
Please see the attached screenshots for your reference and proof, showing the Samsung Email order confirmation, the Payment Gateway confirmation of the payment received by Samsung, and the Samsung Email order cancellation confirmation.
I need a refund of Rs. **,*** to my original payment account as quickly as possible from Samsung, they are just dilly-dallying.
