Transport Department - I haven t got my refund for a transaction happened in the month of october

Hi Team,
I haven't got my refund for a transaction happened in the month of October. This transaction is for new learner license for expired learner license. I have informed the same in mail however, they are just saying they have forwarded it to the concerned department however still not yet refunded my amount.
