Tengram Technologies Private Limited - I have worked legally as an intern for 1 month and given notice of 15 days I am not paid

I was given internship letter on Nov **, **** an I signed it on Dec *, ****. I started working on *th Jan as mentioned in offer letter. I was mentioned in the letter that I will be paid **k/m and work as an intern.

I worked till **th Jan .On **th I sent a notice letter stating that I was not comfortable to work given my skill sets since I was not given training by the company for languages specific to the project such as PHP, Laravel, VueJs. They neither have well documented their repository. It was very difficult to get started with the complex mono-repo code. They are using an old architecture and I needed time to get familiar with it. Also this project took one week to set up. I was so demotivated by this company's ethics, project environment and the way they never asked about my bank details for payment that I decided to quit the internship. I did not see the opportunity for my growth in career while working with the company.

I was asked to start working immediately. I received confirmation. Till the time from **th to **st I learned myself php and vue basics enough to start with the monorepo code I was not comfortable with. I served ** day notice period. I worked max * hours a day as an intern as usual. I delivered quality code with almost zero bugs and issues. At the end I told them that my notice period is over. They told no you are not done yet complete the product.

After serving the notice period I asked for the one month salary and they also promised to pay the salary for ** days too. But at the end the co-founder and my mentor said that you have to complete the product and then you shall be paid. I told them I have not signed such agreement. They said after you complete the product you will be paid.

Also I want to inform that they wanted an intern to develop a product like zoom, google meet etc. alone. This is toxic. They also told that they will patent this product afterwards.

They have used me for there own good and they are not paying me and neither giving me the respect I deserve. These companies are fraud and they are using brilliant interns/freshers to work on their products and not paying them and destroying their carrier.
