Rummycircle - i have rupees in rummy wallet not able to withdraw

Myself udhaya kumar s. I am playing rummy through rummycircle.com. I have ***** rupees on rummy wallet. I am not able to withdraw the money and not able to play the any kind of cash games. Please help me to solve this issue and make withdraw the amount from rummy wallet.
