I ordered oneplus * pro from oneplus.in on ** st march **** and i got it delivered on ** nd april ****, but when i when the box i saw the mobile screen is having black spot on its screen which is clearly visible.
according to company policy they must exchange the handset if damged product is delivered.so according to this policy i approach the company for exchange of my device but now they start giving me excueses that lockdown is there and we can't do anything for you. so please i request you to help me out of this.Thankyou.
