Piaggio Scooters Vespa - I have received a defective bike

This is with reference to the bike breakdown of Piaggio Vespa *** sxl numbered: GA ** AD **** which was purchased on ** june **** Bike Purchased from below Showroom: Vespa/ Aprilia Veljee Motors Felicity Apartments Near Hotel Shell Top, Taleigao Details of the breakdown have been given below: *st Breakdown on ** june **** as I was traveling home it Stopped suddenly in the middle . Then the technician came and checked. Then again on ** June the same happened till ** of june **** it was in the showroom without any solution another breakdown happened on ** June **** two times and since there it is there and since then they are not able to repair it , it's keeps stopping in the middle it's like it's heating and then it stops since the purchase of my bike I have not even riden it for ***kms it's in the workshop.Kindly look into this matter quickly as possible as this constant breakdown of bike has been affecting my official work as it the only means of transport available for me to travel. It has been less than a month since the bike has been purchased where still I’m facing such issues.
