I have ordered cloths in Urban Jungly website on **th may ****, the order was confirmed and order number was shared but till today I didn't receive any details of shipping or tracking. I have sent multiple queries mails through website but didn't get any reply from the urban Jungly support staff.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
