Sir,
I have paid Rs**,***/- towards profit club membership of bigbazar. Now that they have closed all the stores near my vicinity I could not encash my card nor get the refund of the balance amount. The customer helpline no is also not working.I have visited lot of time at Elante Big Bazaar but there no more Big Bazaar and opened new mall. I have also sent email to care@bigbazaar.com on **/**/****. But I didn't get any response. Please help me.
