Mobikwik - I have paid my Mobikwik Zip Balance but still it is not updated in my app since 30 August 2022

On ** August I paid my Mobikwik Zip balance with * transactions from Google Pay
*st Transaction **/**/****- ₹ ****
*nd Transaction **/**/****- ₹ ***
*rd Transaction **/**/****- ₹ ****.**
All these transactions were not updated in the app and they are adding a lot of penalties, Since then and after several conversations with their customer care executives I haven't received any solutions on this. Their representative says they have raised a ticket for this but it is effecting my CIBIL score. I am really frustrated from them. Please help us getting resolve this issue.
