Shopbazaaronline.com - I have paid but product not delivered

I got a phone call on **th December and said that he is from paytm and congrats you have selected as ** costumers. Buy any thing of rs.****+ and get a chance to win gifts. So i decided to buy a hp printer of rs.****. They told me to tell model number of item and send money to their number +************. I sent rs.**** to this number via paytm. I got a dell laptop as a gift. Then i found that it is number of shopbazaar online. They gave me order no.******** and said you will get order within * days. I waited ** days and called them. None of them were receiving my call and it shows The number you have dialed is switch off. after ** days they called me again and said You have to pay gst of RS.****. The next day i did pay gst of rs.**** to their new number +************. They said they will refund me rs.****. But they didn't refund. After some days they called me again and said due to some technical issue we can't send your money to courier company you have to pay rs.**** again to their company. But i refused to give them money and said i want my refund of rs.***** (gst+price). They said we will refund your money within ** days. I decided to wait. Then they called me again after few days and said "Sir this isn't scam you will get your gst back after paying and your product will be delivered in * days" i pay again but still i didn't get my product+gst money.
