Filpkart - I have paid amount for one product and have canceled it but flipkart team not refunded my amount and

I have ordered mobile on ** th December and canceled, Filpkart was told they have initiated my refund on **th and will complete on **th. But still I did not get any solution. Daily iam calling to the customer care but they are not serious about my issue. Also there is no proper way of answers given to me
